Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and cost controls.
• Prepare employee schedules and maintain proper staffing levels.
• Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and reporting responsibilities.
• Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support local marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.

Qualifications
